I like it! I recently bought a new car and thought about getting a plate with something similar - great for awareness! I was also thinking of getting a Medic Alert sticker and putting it on my car too - right next to my American Flag sticker. Since I don't have E a bracelet yet, I think it would be good to have it on the car somehow, so rescue crews would know - god forbid we are ever in a serious accident...I'm sorry I think that way sometimes.
