Reading your posts sounds so much like what my family went through several years ago when my youngest cousins were diagnosed with severe food allergies to almost everything in existence. I didn't have this resource to give them then, but I do have it now to share with you. Lisa Lundy is a woman with three children with food allergies. She created a cook book because she found that it was less expensive and better-tasting to create meals from scratch rather than to constantly buy food. Her website is www.TheSuperAllergyCookbook.com. She has all kinds of free information and you can purchase her cookbook there if you are interested. I am a Penn State student and recently had the pleasure of meeting her and I can tell you that she is all about helping others. Please feel free to contact her with any questions, I'm sure she would be glad to help.Brittany Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13639827902335952904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8357277541662100639.post-12032269074475723222009-11-17T10:32:24.335-08:002009-11-17T10:32:24.335-08:00Great blog...I can relate because my son is 6 and ...Great blog...I can relate because my son is 6 and allergic to milk, soy, peanuts, and egg. He hasn't been tested for 3 years, and I really would like to have him tested again. The problem is that he remembers what the testing entails and he's refusing at this point. How did you get your guys to agree to the testing? Any tips?? I write a blog about dealing with food allergies myself...check it out at smalltownmoms.com...my blog is called Ryan. Owen, my oldest is as skinny as a rail too. He is the pickiest eater alive! Hang in there with all the GI stuff. It's quite difficult at times, but worth the results and piece of mind. Adam, my 11 month old just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy this week. NOT FUN!Every Star Is Differenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07638575103764627880noreply@blogger.com
